I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with thirteen years of experience providing counseling for adults and children with a broad range of difficulties. The quality of my professional relationships with my clients is extremely important to me. To establish and maintain an effective therapeutic relationship, I have a non-judgmental attitude during all sessions. I am committed to providing a safe environment for clients to feel comfortable and respected through the therapeutic process.
I have had extensive experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD. I work well with survivors of trauma and clients who have physical symptoms (headaches, sleep disturbances, muscle tension, migraine) that are connected to psychological stressors. I also provide support and motivation to individuals seeking a healthier lifestyle.

Marc Neufeld, MS, LPC, LMFT Moore, OK
I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families and believe that everyone has the propensity to do better, counseling just helps healthy people stay healthy. I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's from East Central University. In 2014, I became a Licensed Professional Counselor, and in 2015 also became a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. Currently, my office is located in Moore, OK where I counsel individuals, couples and families.

Ashlie Echard graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2013 and a Master of Science in Human Resources in 2017. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a full time therapist.
Her professional development includes training in Neurofeedback, Tapping, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and Marriage Counseling. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults with a range of diagnoses. She thoroughly enjoys working with individuals, groups, and couples of all ages.

Jessica King, MS, LPC Ada, OK
My name is Jessica King. I moved to Ada in 2001 to start my college career at East Central University. I majored in Rehabilitation Counseling with a minor in Services to the Deaf and graduated in 2005. I returned to East Central University in January 2012 to pursue my graduate degree in Counseling.
I graduated In 2015 with a Master of Science and obtained my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in 2017. I continue to live in Ada with my family, and am involved in community events, my church, and serve as a board member for the House of Hope. I have always worked in a service capacity and have always had a heart to help. Prior to obtaining my LPC, I worked alongside and led youth and children in our church's youth department.
As a counselor, I have worked with children, teens, and adults in individual and family settings. I am TBRI (Trust-Based-Relational Intervention) trauma informed counselor as well as a SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator. I enjoy connecting with those I work with. I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for people to be themselves and give them tools to work toward progress as they see it for themselves.

Austin "Dolly" LeMay, LCSW Ada, OK
I am married with 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. I graduated from UTA with a Master of Science with a primary focus on the treatment of PTSD. My career background encompasses a wide range of experiences. Initially, I helped individual heal from drug addictions. I then helped assist CPS families resolve conflicts and various other problems to regain custody of their children. Next, I worked in Home Health as a Social Worker. My next adventure was in hospice which led into a management position as Director of Social Services. At this point, I returned to Texas to work in an inpatient psychiatric unit where I became the Co-Director. This adventure ended after 7 years, when I returned to Oklahoma.
I believe in the mind/body/spirit connection, and because of this belief, I utilize cognitive therapy coupled with biofeedback and mindfulness techniques in session.

She is a Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS)-trained facilitator. This approach helps provide couples with empathy and understanding for each other. She has also been a GriefShare facilitator for 3 years. She uses interventions from Love and Logic, which can help families with behavioral issues, communication, and consequences, as well as Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) which is a trauma-informed approach to childcare that address unresolved trauma in children from hard places.

I graduated from East Central University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and graduated from OU in 2015 with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I then came to work at Biofeedback in 2016. Through working one-on-one with individuals and families I have learned the importance of building relationships, setting goals, and providing support and encouragement to empower others to reach their fullest potential.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. For the past 25 years, I have been providing individual, family and marital counseling in the Ada Community. I received my Bachelors from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in 1989 and my Masters in Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 1995.
I work with people to help them sort through hurts and confusion in their lives. I am an encourager and work to create a safe and positive therapeutic environment. By sorting through the confusion of life, I help them gain clarity and teach them how to move forward in life, free from the mental, emotional and spiritual perspectives that cause their pain. My special area of focus is in marital relationships.
I have three grown children and one grandchild with another one on the way. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, golfing, fishing and playing tennis.

Michelle Price, MSW, LCSW Ada, OK
Michelle Price is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 29 years of experience in various fields of social work. Michelle graduated from East Central University with a Bachelor of Social Work in 1993 and completed the Advanced Standing Direct Practice Social Work Program at the University of Oklahoma in 1997 earning a Masters in Social Work. Michelle obtained her LCSW in 2017. Michelle’s experience includes working with individuals and families within state and tribal child welfare programs, mental health and drug court programs, residential treatment programs, domestic violence programs and school-based programs who were struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, learning disabilities, autism, attention deficit, sexual and physical abuse, neglect, marital difficulties, and other areas of concern.
Michelle’s passion is to serve others and see them succeed in life which correlates well with her faith. She works from a strengths-based and systems perspective, helping those she serves to bring about change and healing within themselves and their families. Michelle shares, “It is important to treat others with dignity and respect, to create an environment where they feel safe enough to share their deepest hurts and difficulties, knowing they will not be judged but valued. It is ok to come as you are.”
Outside of Michelle’s professional life you can find her enjoying time with her husband of 28 years and their two children who are 22 and 16. Michelle is a member of Crosspointe Church in Ada and a member of the Muscogee Creek Nation.
